Intervention in Algeria for the study and supply of 2 Volvo Penta propulsion systems

SRA initially travelled to Algeria to view the two boats and take measurements of the dimensions of the engine compartments.

Our engineering department subsequently carried out the complete study to propose the right solutions, guaranteeing the best Volvo Penta product.

After final customer agreement, SRA proceeded to upfit the engines and prepared the logistics of shipping the two Volvo Penta propulsion systems.

D7A-B TA engines (Power rating 200HP / 148kW at 2300rpm (Rating 1 Heavy duty)

Inverters ZF 280 Ratio 2.47

We took another trip over again to carry out facility reviews according to the Volvo Penta Commissioning Report. Subsequent sea trials of the two boats were carried out with crash top and engine parameter readings. The readings table was communicated to the customer.

The customer is very satisfied with our service and the Volvo Penta product, other projects are in progress.
