Work completed:
- Complete dismantling of the engine and cleaning of all parts.
- Metrology of the block, crankshaft, camshaft and connecting rods.
- Replacement of pistons, segments and cylinders.
- Replacement of crankshaft bearings, connecting rods and camshaft.
- Replacement of valves, seats and valve guides.
- Replacement of injector bushings.
- Surfacing of cylinder heads.
- Reconditioning of the oil pump.
- Replacement of brewing pump and thermostat.
- Cleaning and testing of the oil temperature exchanger.
- Replacement of oil filters and fuel filters
- Complete refurbishment of the injection pump.
- Replacement of nose and calibration of injectors.
- Painting.
All the operations were carried out in our workshops via our rectification workshop made up of grinding machines, seats, blocks, as well as finishing machines.
All our repairs are guaranteed one year, and we do not use subcontractor, all parts are from original Volvo Penta manufacturers.
